Due to the Governments restrictions on numbers at gatherings we today at CoM made the decision that we would have to cancel the 2021 National

 

 

 

   Message from the Treasurer

 

 

   I expect you will have read in the magazine about our group's  plight. I am really hoping that a few of you will come forward and help by filling the vacancies for a Chairman/Chairlady, Secretary or Rally Officer at least on a temporary basis until we can hold a group general meeting, as I don't know how long it will be before the  Council of Management steps in, closes East Wessex group and divides members and our funds between other groups.

 

 

   The temporary campsite at Weyhill Fair, 23 - 25 April (1pm start) is currently going ahead.

As it will be our first chance to get out in our vans, I hope to see as many of you there as possible.

You need to book in advance and the cost is £8 per van per night.

 

   Please note that we have to abide by Government / Council of Management rules including:

 

       All pitches on temporary campsites to be booked in advance for the foreseeable future.

If you don't book in advance you will not be allowed on site.

       No restriction to 15 vans, but the 6m rule must be observed.

       Units to be self contained, no use of indoor facilities or visiting each other's vans.

       No more than 6 people or 2 households to meet in a group outside.

       No visitors.

       Social distancing to be observed.
